We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

This is attractive, appears to be durable, and is reasonably priced. It was easy to assemble and install, and the light color shouldn't fade like darker colors. The only two negatives I found are: (1) mailbox compartment is rather small--suggest giving interior dimensions on product; and (2) The address portion on the sides is small and you can't put all the info on it without going to much smaller lettering than the numbers provided--suggest having a larger molded area for address lettering.

This was a replcement for a box that was knocked down and dragged away. The pervious box was a white house with red roof and shutters. This box is a litte narrower than the old one, but it works

Easy to put together & put up, even for those with little talent! Had a previous one just like the one purchased but it took a SEVERE blow and interestingly enough, stood up well to the on-slaught except for the front door. We probably could have jury-rigged the door but that just would not have met my standards.
This is a nice unit; we did not even look to comparison shop.
