Very well Built... make sure you have a strong post! I drilled an extra hole in the back of the mailbox and drove a lag bolt into the post to provide additional support... seemed unsteady and top heavy without it...

I found it very hard to believe that the instructions were not written, and only showed pictures. I am very handy and was able to figure this out, but heaven help the less handy. Also, I could not find any contact info for the mfg. No way to call with questions.
