The mailbox looks great and is heavy duty construction. However, the lid sticks (which is pretty annoying). Worse yet, the lid doesn't swing open enough so it is difficult to reach in and grab smaller envelopes that fall to the bottom of the box (and I don't have enormous hands). My mailman obviously has a hard time with it because many days he can't stuff the mail in easily and often leaves it half hanging out of the mailbox. I would not buy this mailbox again.

Door doesn't open wide enough for oversize envelopes, making them difficult to remove. It only opens 3/4 of the way.

The lid opens half way so it is difficult to fit mail in and take mail out. I find that I have to pull the mail out and you need to hold the lid with your free hand to ease it out.
