We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

This mailbox was built into a column at the gate to the front yard. It is very impressive.
Service and delivery comments:
The mailbox arrived packaged well, however the front door hinge had a large, noticeable chip near the bottom. When we first complained, the manufacturer "suggested" we buy paint from Home Depot and touch it up.
This was not acceptable, and the CSN store customer service came to the rescue! Thank you so much for sending out another door. The new one came yesterday and it is perfect.
