In 1973 Dawson McLemore founded Masterbuilt with his son as a manufacturer of bakers racks, fern stands and ornamental ironwork in their backyard. Today his sons John and Don own and operate the company, which recently celebrated its 33rd Anniversary. They continue to design and market products to various retail trades; which are sold throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as parts of Japan, Central, South America and China.
The company has experienced tremendous growth over the years evolving to a thriving manufacturer of outdoor products to include outdoor grills, smokers, propane-fueled fryers, automotive cargo carriers, bike racks and accessories. Emphasis on product innovation at Masterbuilt led to industry firsts, the Electric Turkey Fryer and the original Hitch Haul Cargo Carrier.
The McLemore brothers continue to grow the family business side by side with John as President and Don as Vice President. They value the wide public acceptance of their products as well as the respect they have gained in the industry and their home community of Columbus, Georgia.
We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

I have purchased 4 Masterbuilt 7 in 1 Smokers. One is at my Fire Station 2 are at my home and one I bought for my Father in law for his Birthday. The one at my Firestation is 6 years old and will need replacing soon, and it will be replaced with another Masterbuilt Smoker. These are excellent verticle smokers that do not dry out the meat are easy to use. You will LOVE IT!!!

Wanted to buy it from Cabelas, but they don't carry it any more. Doesn't matter since this vendor's price was WAY better.

I have 3 grills and the family likes steaks cooked on this smoker grill the best and I agree. Cooked on the upper grill the temperature stays constant and the flames don't touch the meat. Takes a little longer and your not going to get them well done, but if that's the way you want your steaks I have 2 other grills for that, this grill just makes medium rare to medium absolutely perfect. Use McCormicks meat marinade and extra garlic. Good luck all.
